Porch Light Transitional Living
Porch Light Transitional Program is open to homeless Moms and their children participating in the Young Moms’ Self-Sufficiency Program. Youth Service Bureau acquired 5 apartments for participants to line in for up to 18 months. Residents will receivecounseling, education, job skills,independent living skills, 
and self-sufficiency instruction while living in a 24-hour supervised apartment setting. Residents will also continue to be involved with their Service Coordinator within the YoungMoms’ Self-Sufficiency Program.
