The Crisis Line came into existence in 2005 and is the third way that YSB reaches out to youth and families in crisis. The telephone line is answered 24/7 by staff members at Safe Station. The crisis line provides youth and parents/guardians with an opportunity to seek assistance before problems become a cause for family violence or runaway behavior.
