Porch Light Transitional Living Program

Program requirements:

Participants must be pregnant or parenting women ages 16 - 21 who are participants in the Young Moms' Self-Sufficiency Program.

About Porch Light:

Porch Light is a transitional living program offered to our YMSSP participants who are homeless. Porch Light offers apartment living and skill building to improve self-sufficiency, parenting skills and the parent/child bond. Dads are encouraged to participate in individual and group programming.
