Porch Light Transitional Living

Porch Light is an 18-month transitional living program structured as a group home setting with skill building, case management, and therapy services to improve self-sufficiency, parenting skills, and the parent/child bond.

Participants must be pregnant or parenting women ages 18 - 21, with up to 2 children.​
