Porch Light Transitional Living Program

Program requirements:

Participants must be pregnant or parenting women ages 16 - 21 who are participants in the Young Moms' Self-Sufficiency Program.

Talk to your YMSSP case manager.

About Porch Light:

Porch Light is a transitional living program offered to our YMSSP participants who are homeless. Porch Light offers apartment living and skill building to improve opportunities to be a good parent and good worker. Special focus is on the role of the father in the life of the family and young dads are encouraged to participate in individual and group programming.
